Of all the meat offerings you can throw on the ‘barby’, shrimp is not one you will find on our farm. You will also not find animals that have been pumped with growth hormones or pesticide-sprayed grains or corn. We do not wish to feed this to our family, and so do not feed this to our animals.

Our Hereford/Angus cross cattle are grass-fed and hormone-free (besides the naturally occurring kind, of course). After being processed through the provincially-inspected abattoir in Telkwa, BC, our meat is cut and wrapped to order in our on-farm inspected meat-cutting facility.

We’ve always been fond of lamb, and so took to having a few around for our own freezers in the fall. As word gets out, we are usually able to provide some extra for those who ask, but we find the list is getting longer every year.

Pork is always popular, and we love a good pork chop, but we also became enchanted with the idea of raising meat goats. Our breed is known as Red Factor Boer, commonly found in South Africa, and locally found on W Diamond Ranch.

W Diamond Ranch make a Prince Rupert Trip every month. W Diamond Ranch has also developed a Meatbox Program suitable to budgets and small freezer space.

 

Custom cutting: We are responsible for our product right to the finish. We cut and package your meat just the way you like. Are you already supporting a local beef producer? Wonderful! We can custom cut for you, as well.
